Our methodology is built on 13 Write of Passage cohorts, 1,500+ students, and a core belief: content is at most 10% of the experience. The other 90% is structured doing and human connection.

You're the domain authority and the energetic center of the course. You co-design the learning arc and deliver it live — but you're on for no more than 40% of session runtime. The rest is structured exercises, breakouts, and group work you've helped architect.
You run the control room so the Instructor never has to think about logistics. Pre-session setup, live tech and time management, post-session follow-through — you own it all.
You're the bridge between the Instructor and the room. Managing energy, surfacing the right questions, keeping chat alive, making sure nobody gets lost — you read the session in real time and act on it.
You work directly with students to apply what they're learning. You give feedback on their work, ask the right questions, and help them turn insights into action between sessions.
